Oneline Studio Office

Oneline Studio, an architectural firm based in Denver, Colorado, has embraced the world of Mass Timber by designing and building their own office using this innovative approach. Their new space serves as a perfect, tangible showcase for clients to experience firsthand.

This project features DLT (Dowel Laminated Timber), a Mass Timber product meticulously fabricated from Douglas Fir trees responsibly harvested from British Columbia's forests in Canada, then shipped directly to the Denver site.

The building itself is a Hybrid Mass Timber structure, thoughtfully integrating steel for certain structural elements. This approach, which leverages materials for their inherent strengths, is one we strongly endorse.
