Oneline Studio is an Architectural Practice in Denver, Colorado, USA. They decided to venture into the Mass Timber world by making their own office as such. This project uses DLT (Dowel Laminated Timber) a Mass Timber product fabricated using Douglas Fir trees responsibly harvested from BC Forests in Canada and shipped down to the project Site. The project is a Hybrid Mass Timber using Steel for some of the Structure. By utilizing materials for their strengths is a approach we agree with.
