Why go Healthy?

We create custom homes for each client. We use natural materials, primarily engineered wood products. Exposed wood on the inside of your homes helps purify the air, reduce sound transmission and are visually attractive, proven to reduce stress levels and help you sleep better.

Why are we better than typical industry practices?

We prefabricate your custom design structure in our factory and bring to site, where it can be installed in just a few days. We enclose with insulation and cladding right afterwards leading to a sealed building very quickly and interiors can start immediately afterwards. Reduced exposure to your structure to weather is a significant factor to consider. Your reduced building time and area required to install will mean minimum disruption on site your site for you and reduced sound levels for your neighbors. We can also deliver the interior millwork as part of the package or you can order the home without completed interiors. Prefabricated buildings made in controlled environments are a higher quality, built to last generations.
